Best of Utah Body & Mind

We are proud and grateful to accept the award of “Best Orthopedic Surgeon” in the state of Utah in 2018.

In everything that we do, we strive to help you and provide the best service and care possible. Joint and back pain can be immobilizing to so many people, and we’ve taken it upon ourselves to make it our mission to minimize this pain, giving you your life back through your care with us.

Training and schooling

Dr. Skedros focuses on conditions that have to do with the shoulders and elbows, although he is skilled in other areas and will gladly help you with any joint related injuries or issues. After graduating in 1990 from the University of Utah School of Medicine, he went on to further hone his skills during a 6-year residency at the University of Southern California. His training has helped him to be the amazing orthopedic surgeon that he is, and is able to serve the residents of Utah to improve the quality of their life through healthier joints.

Practicing

We love hearing stories and thoughts from our patients! One patient shared, “He knows what he’s talking about! He spent a lot of time with me and went over each one of my X-rays and explained everything to me.”

These are the kinds of reviews that encourage and motivate the entire team to work harder to help you and your bodies heal. You deserve a life filled with joy and mobility, not a life where you’re forced to sit on the sidelines while your body is filled with pain and aching. Everything that we do is for you.

Sports medicine and performing surgery to reduce the effects of trauma, injuries, infections, and other conditions, is a job that we take seriously, and a role that we take great pride in.

We’ve been working hard for the last 28 years to bring you a pain free existence, with a higher quality of life, and we’ll continue working hard with even more dedication in the coming years. Thanks for trusting us and continuing to trust us with all of your shoulder, elbow, and joint pain needs.
